Candidate will provide leadership for a wide range of security related tasks. Possess extensive expertise, theoretical knowledge and analytical abilities to synergize and apply personnel, industrial, physical. IT/IA, and information security principles as they apply to Special Access Programs (SAPs). Have more than 10 years of experience in Program Security with at least 5 cumulative years in acquisition SAPs. Candidate will have strong to excellent writing and oral communication abilities.
Candidate will work as a lead within a security team responsible for day-to-day security activities across collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI and SAP support to customer staff and organizations. Will develop and implement protection concepts, policy definition, and procedures that will ensure a secure work environment and protection of information.

Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Typical Minimum Education / Experience:
10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters
