System Engineer – 189380
Northrop Grumman/TASC is seeking a System Engineer - Senior SETA Support Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in the Annapolis Junction area.
Put your professional expertise and experience into supporting a dynamic program requiring extensive insight and experience in a variety of systems engineering, SIGINT system design and operations tasks. This individual will assist government customer in end-to-end planning, implementation and sustainment of complex system, to include requirements definition, action item tracking, document preparation, and status/milestone tracking. Person will also assist in the oversight and coordination of both operation and development efforts, including systems engineering, analysis, trade studies, survey and sustained collection and production activites.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Position requires strong system engineering perspective and skills to support a dynamic government team in acquisition planning, risk assessment, implementation trades and creation of requirement, official memorandum and user documents.
* Familiarity with existing state-of-the-art and interest in emerging SIGINT technologies.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills, and stong desire to work in a dynamic team environment.
* Candidates must have expert-level skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Project to support their activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Requires a minimum of a BS in a technical discipline
* Minimum of 20 years of experience in SIGINT programs, with extensive and current operational experience directly with NSA
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or working working complex operations in the Intelligence Community (IC) environment
* Experience with current SIGINT processes, and the ability to coordinate and facilitate cross-IC agency meetings.
* Position requires a current TS/SCI w/ FS Poly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Position prefers a candidate with a MS in a technical discipline
