Northrop Grumman Information Systems (NGIS), Defense Systems Division (DSD) has an opportunity for an Infosec Engineer. Candidate will provide system tests, and interface with other employees/vendors which support Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E), Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Government Acceptance Testing (GAT). ST&E consists of initial testing, monthly scans, annual compliance testing, and tri-annual recertification; each having remediation as a part of the event. Other IA/CND testing/remediation will be involved with changes to Federal law, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) / General Accountability Office (GAO) / Department of Defense (DoD) policy changes, White/Blue/Red Team engagements, and/or directives by the DSS Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Designated Accrediting Authority (DAA). Provide support in obtaining and maintaining accreditation of the Business Systems via certification testing of the respective element(s) (UDN, CDN, JWICS). Will work with network administrators to implement human procedures, software configuration parameters, system changes, or combinations thereof to mitigate the risks associated with each vulnerability. Will provide Information Assurance/Computer Network Defense (IA/CND) services in accordance with the requirements promulgated by JTF-GNO.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science. 4 Years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
7-9 years working all aspects of Infosec from requirements definition through operations & maintenance.
TS/SCI clearance required.
Experience with working on large scale help desk operations and infrastructure support programs.
Experience with interfacing with senior customer management on a daily basis.
Experience with working on integrated teams.
Firm grasp of DIACAP process.
Experience with DISA Gold Disk, STIGS, Security Readiness Reviews, Check Lists, SCCVI, SCRI, WDD/FS, Patchlink VMS, and Tenable Nessus.
Security Clearance Required.
