Software Development Analyst 3 – 188485
This position is available in VA, supporting the Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracking (SPOT). We're looking for a.Net Developer to provide support with the development of critical applications. You will utilize technical skills in programming and development of multiple applications in a .Net application environment. The position requires thorough mastery of information technology principles, concepts and techniques. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience programming in the 1.1 and 2.0 .Net frameworks (.Net Framework 3.5 is a plus), working with multiple .Net languages and technologies. Overall, 5 years of object-oriented programming experience is preferred. Must have experience with Web Services and working on enterprise applications. Java programming experience is also a plus. You also must be able to gather business requirements, translate them into technical requirements and design a robust solution to address the customer's needs. You will help create technical and functional documentation. You will analyze the business context including new requirements, existing deficiencies and opportunities for process improvement. You must be detail oriented, motivated, and a self-starter. The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, have strong interpersonal skills with a customer orientation, work successfully as part of a diverse team, and have intellectual curiosity about data, processes and its implications. US Citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance Security Clearance Required.
