Roles and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for conducting Cost Estimating and Risk Analysis of facilities and construction projects. Analyze various activities of a military, government, or business systems to obtain a quantitative rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and economic disciplines and techniques.
* Analyst works under supervisor's direction to accomplish predetermined short and long term goals and objectives. Assignments are self-initiated. Determines and pursues course of action necessary to obtain desired results.
* Most work is focused around the analysis of government facilities and performing engineering building up estimates. Responsible for maintaining and developing Cost Estimating Relationships, training project managers with regard to Independent Government Cost Estimates, and developing Rough Order of Magnitude facility estimates for decision makers.
* Analyst will work closely with contractor program managers and government points of contact to define requirements in a government equivalent role.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Bachelors Degree.
* One year of cost estimating experience.
* Related technical experience: High proficiency in MS Excel required.
* Position requires a current TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Accepted majors: (MS preferred) Math, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or Operations Research.
* Position prefers a candidate with a current TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance
