Candidate will be a Systems Integrator on a development team providing full-lifecycle support for a suite of enterprise geographic information systems. Solutions are technologically advanced, imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organization objectives.
The candidate is responsible for the integration of hardware and software releases to include the integration of critical enhancements to sustain and enhance the security and functionality of the Family of Systems. Additional duties include helpdesk support; system design; software and hardware evaluation; software integration and troubleshooting; the development of technical documentation; on-site new equipment and operator training.
The following are the basic qualifications for this position: Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer sciences/engineering or additional related field experience in lieu of degree. 5+ years experience in information assurance, systems design, development, integration and/or administration. Experience and knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts is required. Troubleshooting skills to include fault isolation, root cause analysis, analysis of impact, and fault resolution are required. Experience with scripting in Windows environment is desired. A DoD Secret security clearance is required. Job site will be located in the Northrop Grumman Stafford Office. U.S. Citizenship required.
