Northrop Grumman is seeking a dynamic candidate to fill the role of Program Manager (PM) to manage a program in support of the U.S. Marine Corps. Candidate will coordinate and direct the activities of all Northrop Grumman and subcontractor personnel supporting the program. Candidate shall be the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Candidate will be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the contract and insuring the delivery of all contract requirements.
The Candidate must posses a Bachelors Degree and at least Ten (10) years of progressive subject matter expertise and Five (5) years of management experience.
US Citizenship and an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. Security Clearance Required.
