International Projects Analyst – 188808
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking an International Projects Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Washington, DC.

Join us on the edge… The Cutting Edge! The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's As International Projects Analyst, the incumbent will provide support to the PEO IWS 3.0 International Programs Integration Manager (PEO IWS 3EI1).

Roles and Responsibilities:
The focus of this effort will include, but not be limited to, assisting in the development and coordination of an Integrated IWS 3.0 FMS roadmap to support Surface ship Weapons Acquisition and Technology roadmaps and strategies, and implementation of the business strategies to support this FMS roadmap. Given this focus, it is essential that the applicant have an extensive background in DoD Policy and Procedures for International acquisition professionals as well as the ability to independently gather and analyze data, assess alternatives, identify ‘'pros and cons' and articulate substantive recommendations. Other duties will include participating and/ or representing IWS 3EI1 in meetings, providing minutes and responding to action items; developing high level briefings and point papers, and assisting with IWS 3.0 internal training addressing International/FMS topics of interest. This position will involve high level contacts both within and outside the IWS 3.0 organization. The incumbent will interact daily with Navy customers and maintain close, cooperative working relationships with the entire Navy International/FMS community.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

* 8-11 years experience directly related to this position
* 8-10 years experience in an International/FMS Program Office environment
* Proficiency with MS Office, MS Access and MS Project
* Familiarity with databases such as STARS; MISIL; DIFS; AUTODOC; CEPT; DSAMS; MAPAD and the Foreign Clearance Guide
* Familiarity with DoD Policy and Procedures for FMS, DCS, developing Price and Availability and Letter of Offer and Acceptance submissions and International Security Policy
* Familiarity with DoD regulations addressing Program Protection (foreign disclosure and release)
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
* 6 years experience with a Bachelors; will substitute 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree for a BS and 2 additional years of experience for an AA.
* Position requires a current Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Familiarity with any component of the IWS 3.0 weapon system product portfolio.
