Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector is seeking a Program Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This position will be located in Germany. The qualified applicant will be the lead manager for the European Department for the Defense Enterprise Solutions Business unit. Part of the Information Systems Powerhouse focused on the delivery of world class enterprise information technology services, network infrastructure and applications services and solutions to Department of Defense customers. Applicant will provide leadership and business management for a $45M+ organization at the Program Manager (L3) level.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Cost, P&L, schedule, technical performance and business development
* Provide exceptional personnel management to include end to end professional development; identification, hiring and retention of talent, and the assignment of personnel.
* Provide technical management oversight of tasks performing system engineering, information assurance, IT infrastructure and applications management and consolidation, Active Directory migrations, VoIP implementations, service desk operations, and web development.
* Provide financial management of tasks and subcontract oversight within the department.
* Drive business development activities to ensure double digit growth by maintaining existing customer relations, developing new relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying and leading pursuit of new tasks/contract opportunities, and conducting marketing calls.
* Lead and drive capture and proposal development. Create an environment to foster business growth and collaboration among all levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Required qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering (or a related field).
* 10-15 years successful program leadership and management experience* Demonstrated past experience successfully leading and managing a line of business or business development organization with at least $15M in annual revenue
* Knowledge and experience with Department of Defense customers (US Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency) and enterprise IT infrastructure and applications support.

- PMP Certified

The individual will have proven leadership skills and the vision and business agility to respond to changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
